Erratic behaviour

This app works but the UI is very user unfriendly, once a QR code has been scanned, the original UI moves away and is replaced with a popup link and for a while it's confusing to understand what's going on. What needs to happen is the main UI stays in place and a SMALL link with an open button shows up under the scanning reticle. After pressing the button you either open the link quickly or there's an option to open up a dialogue that allows you to view more info. The UI is also very large so I physically have to move my eyes to see everything properly at the top. Just make the entire UI smaller. We're not trying to be immersed in a giant scanning window here we just want to open links.
