Prime has been messing up for the last couple of months on both my go and my quest. Every time I will try to watch a video I would get a error code 4107 I logged out out on my go restart at the device and the device and follow the directions to sign back in and now it won't even let me log on And I get the error message 4107 constantly now. Please fix because this is frustrating if I can't use my go or my quest 2 too to use prime

I really like this app, I get to watch all my favorite movies and TV shows. Nice theater environment too. My only concern is that I have noticed that my Oculus go has overheated a couple times while streaming the app. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. Trying to determine if it is, in fact, the app or if it is my device.

03.01.2023 comment: After switch to meta account and factory reset of the headset, the app started to work again - let's keep fingers crossed. App was suffering from error during runtime 4107 since a while now. Apparently, now after a recent system upgrade of my Oculus Go the App does not even start. It constantly crashes immediately with error 4104. The headset has full internet connection and is released from all firewall restrictions usually placed on my home devices. The Amazon Forums state always the same automatic answers, hence, absolutely useless. Unfortunately does not look like the App is actively maintained anymore. Actually used to be quite a nice entertainment device - really said.

Does not work anymore. Always error 4107 on loading content. 100s of users with this on Go and Quest, but neither Amazon nor Oculus care to do something... great support...
