Hi guys! I have enjoyed this game so much and I was doing pretty okay. I have bought chips several times and I had a monthly subscription. But for about three months ago I started having problems, I was disconnected every 15-20 min. Then game starts automatically folding and I loose. Do you know how much spin and go’s and sit and go’s I have lost because of this? So I quit playing this game. Couple days ago I tried again, hoped that it was fixed. But no! Within 2-3 days I have lost about 2,5 million! Just now, that I had a beautiful hand, I know I got this and this game kicked me again. I’m so mad and upset. I tried deleting this game and downloaded it again, it didn’t help. My WiFi works perfect. And I have no idea where I could get help from. I would love to continue playing, but I can’t do it like this. I pay real money for experience, but experience I get, it’s I should get paid for. Please fix the game.

All the reviews I’ve read say you have to be pay to win or the game is rigged. I’ve spent $.99 on a starter pack for 250k and have made my way up to 5 mil in a week. Everyone saying it’s rigged has never seen a real casino lol. Just don’t waste real life money, if you run out wait for the wheel. There’s no incentive to spend money

I let my little brother play Vegas infinite and talk with adult and won 200000 thousand dollars but he got banned definitively on my account and i am like 19 now and i want to play with my friends but because i got banned on my account i can never play it and it was like 3 years ago that i got banned dont buy this game you will get banned even if you dont sound young. Thank you devs.

They need to be sued.. The players are very disrespectful.. I have to look over my shoulder every time I'm playing slots. I report people but the harassment gets worse. There is no way I can record. So many children are simulation drinking and smoking. So much effort was put in the creation. No monitoring. I report bad behavior but it's relentless.. They need to be sued..

used to play this game a lot but out of nowhere the game wont let me log back into my account, keeps telling me wrong version, i even tried to create a new account still nothing. impossible to get in contact with support- i need help spent a lot of money on that account.
