when it comes to streaming media on my quest 3 i prefer flat app and not Its own virtual space. it's just my personal preference to watch streaming shows and movies either in passthrough or is a social VR game, but because this app went VR I now can't launch it while in another VR app, so I guess I'll stick to using Pluto tv in the browser app. The only way I could see this even remotely working is if they used our quest avatars in the VR space and/or let us invite our friends to watch in the space with us.

This used to be my favorite go-to app for casual watching. It was lightweight and worked perfectly. Great in passthrough to have giant screen anywhere to watch shows. No forced environment I could use it how I wanted where I wanted. I used to muse that the other streaming apps should take note. Why, Pluto? this is needlessly complicated, cumbersome, unusable. I believe the turn of phrase is en-ish-ification, if you catch my drift. Yikes.

The updated app took away passthrough / mixed reality mode which was so cool. I used to be able to use my Quest 3 to remotely operate my windows 11 PC while watching Bloomberg TV. This new immersed version essentially removes multi-tasking / windowed AR/MR capabilities. So bummed! I can launch Pluto on Win 11 via quest remote desktop, but it isn't nearly as cool.

Not working for me. Gives message not available here ...yet. Meanwhile the old version is no longer available either. So I have no access at all. Please fix or make the old version available again. Other wise thanks for the great app that can be used on other platforms.

I understand why they all say bring back flat Pluto, but I never got the flat version of Pluto to work in VR without Virtual Desktop as the flat version would black screen for me (and at that point, I may as well take off my headset and use my phone). This app works just as well as the Immersive Beta, which is FANTASTIC!! I just wish the flat version was left live so people wouldn't tank the ratings because they can no longer multi-task (just use another monitor on your PC like I had to do until I found Immersive worked people... its simple).
