Instructions please

Looks like it might be a good app but how the heck do I use it? All I get are a bunch of empty folders. Do I need to copy stuff to the Go? If I try to connect to a website it first tells me the website is for adults only (who knew youtube.com was for adults only?) and then it times out. What am I missing here?! BTW, your website is of ZERO use.
