Without spoiling the experience, I'll just say I now see my room differently - and I might be sleeping with the lights on for a while. This experience makes perfect use of the room setup and realistically extends the perspective to what may be lurking on the other side. The room destruction was so convincing that my mind fully accepted it as reality - especially early on, when only cracks appeared. I thought I knew all the horror tropes but experiencing them right in my own space was a whole new thrill! This is a perfect game to scare yourself and friends and family, particularly the boastful ones who claim nothing can shock them. Start the experience, hand over the headset, and watch them squirm... 😈

Arachnophobia is real even in VR!!!!

I'm ok with spiders, sure they creep me out some but for the most part I'm ok with them. I am a huge fan of mixed reality though and the filters to make the world blend better are something I've not seen in any other game I've played. So I setup the room and handed the headset to the wifey who IS NOT ok with spiders... Let's just say, I think I'll be sleeping on the couch for the foreseeable future. This is a great new party game for people to try, right up there with Richie's plank experience.

Well done short intense experience

Know up front this currently contains two short experiences but is priced appropriately with more promised to come. This is great to show off the mixed reality in vr but can be intense defiantly not for an arachnaphobic. Loved how this seamlessly integrated with my room in mixed reality I was really creeped out by the spiders all over my wall. Got some laughs from the guy on the phone. Great attention to detail like in the one level the leaking water reacts to your hands and bends like falling water should. This is cool and well done although short, can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Not able to Play the game!!

Getting msg - initialising.. processing room please wait and nothing happens after that.. tried reinstalling, rebooting etc but still the same

Fun...worth it...but...

Pretty fun experience. I played the Spider room quite a few times and showed it off to some people. My only negative experience with this game is second room selection. For some reason I was unable to place the (virtual)TV prop on the wall in the room. Every time I tried to place it on the wall(by using the trigger button), it would place it BEHIND the wall and out of sight. So when I'd try to start the game that uses the TV, I couldn't see the TV, so that "room" is useless. I tried placing it on all of the walls, but no luck. The dimensions of the room I'm playing in is about 12ft x 12ft...and I never have issues with any of the other Quest games in this room. Disappointing. So I could only play half of the game. But honestly, the Spider Room was worth the $5 alone. I'd give this game a solid 5-Stars rating, but since that TV bug exists, I'll only give it 4-Stars. *****UPDATE (9 months later). I've been waiting rather patiently for the THIRD UPDATE...but still, there is no THIRD feature. It has remained in the "Coming Soon" status. Someone who also reviewed this game back in August 2025 had expressed their same frustration in the delay of that 3rd update. The developer had responded to them with "Good news, we’re working on the 3rd experience right now and aiming to release it before Halloween!" WELL, Halloween was 5 months ago now. So I'm gonna decrease my rating from 4 Stars down to 2 Stars...based solely on the fact that the Dev lied. I don't like liars.
