OVR Metrics Tool provides performance metrics for Oculus mobile applications, including frame rate, heat, GPU and CPU throttling values, and the number of tears and stale frames per second.
In Report Mode, the tool displays a performance report about a VR session after it has concluded. Report data can be easily exported as a CSV with PNG graphs. In Performance HUD Mode, OVR Metrics Tool provides performance graphs over running Oculus applications as a HUD overlay.
OVR Metrics Tool may be used with any Oculus mobile application, including those built with Unity, Unreal, or our native mobile SDK.

When I hit download it just finishes installing right away but it just shows the installing circle over and over again and it never installs. Yes I have enough storage I have 20 gb left and I was connected to the internet. I think it's a very useful app even though I don't have it.

ive tried downloading it on multiple accounts but it doesnt work. when i tried to get it in the past i click download and the download bar goes to 100 percent but it just keeps loading and it never stops but now when i click install it says installed and ready to use to i try and open it but it says it needs updated so i click update but it just doesnt update and it keeps saying that it needs an update but it wont work, any tips?

You need a pc but download the app and If it keeps saying installing uninstall it and remove it from your library and open SideQuest after that Search the app and sideload it and Press update after install it again and It should work

I download it and it installs as as soon as I get it but it just stays like that and I wait 5 minutes it still didn’t install and it says installed and ready to use and I click open but it doesn’t work it never installs

Good app. I would like an option to have the time on there tho, since it's hassle to take the headset off to look at a watch. UPDATE 2025.08.03. It has started to mess up the battery level now, showing very inaccurate amounts. Tried reinstalling but it's still doing it. Annoying, because that is the main reason I use it.
