Such wonders I will show them!!

Hello there I am poisedanubisvr M.D and I have to say my patients and my viewers enjoy my… rather unorthodox way of making people “beautiful”, what this game is?…. In my opinion marvellous, I just hope that the devs will add more to it.. perhaps allow for the manipulation of the teeth and mouth, or perhaps the capability to turn my “patients into something… less humanoid.. I try my best but I’m limited by reality lol, please please please please give me more, my psychopathy demands it.
