SHlT game and not good moderation
I was casually playing in infection just normally playing and having a great time. Next thing you know it, I walk up to gazebo and saw a moderator by the name of “ASTRAL” I’ve known about him before as I recently heard his name in a lobby before. Back to it I saw that he had insta-ban as I saw before with another moderator “PYT” and right when ASTRAL clicked my name I was immediately kicked, right when I booted up my game again I was banned. 48 hours for no reason, it said banned for hate speech. Your game needs to level up with the moderation system. As soon as I saw the banned for hate speech thing I broke, I don’t know what it was but something inside of me broke. I have played this game every day for around 2-3 weeks now so I really had a hard time having to see this in my most favourite game at the time, the moderation system is a bit messed up. I have one thing to talk about in particular, ASTRAL. As you know in game there is a report button and 2 out of 3 of them include toxicity and hate speech, when I saw ASTRAL he decided to call my name some words that I wasn’t happy about and calling it slurs, he also swore a lot in that time. Me and him then were quite nice to each other but he aslo talked about inappropriate stuff that I shouldn’t say here, I didn’t report him even though I should’ve. After he said I was bad and was clearly not joking, he said it in a very cocky way I don’t think he should be a moderator in the first place. Please if you can inspect his behaviour and demote him if needed. Please and thank you.
