amazing potential

you can definitely tell the bugs and its rough edges, but for an early access game its great! the environment is so imersive and so visually stunning. the combat could use some help though, you one tap enimies and they have these super annoying slow voices, what would be cool is a higher gore level (like nightclub sim VR) and add rocks that we can throw and bash peoples heads in. also the climbing is very buggy, but good for early access. the devs update it pretty frequently so i would 100% recommend cause it will be perfect in a few months

I see the potential, but needs work.

I decided to give this a try despite it currently being in prototype (Early Access) form, as I’ve enjoyed other games by VRMonkey and was hopeful for this one too. At the moment, it’s quite rough around the edges, but the potential is there. You play as a gorilla under attack from waves of humans, and must fight them off using your raw strength. You can smash, punch, and bash your enemies, and while it gets a little violent with dismemberments and decapitations, there isn’t much blood, which keeps it on the tamer side visually. Controls currently include smooth locomotion and snap turning. I was very happy to see a crouch button included, as a disabled wheelchair user who relies on accessibility features to play VR games. That said, having additional options like height adjustment and smooth turning would be a big improvement. I can see this becoming a lot more fun with more interactive elements and expanded gameplay. I'd love to see additional attack options like jumping, stomping, ripping and tearing limbs to use as weapons, throwing enemies, or even earning special attacks after building up kill streaks. Adding simple jungle weapons like sticks and rocks could also help mix up the combat and keep it engaging. I expect this to be even more fun, like the other games from VR Monkey, in future updates.

I grab air

The game is fantastic with the visuals of the forest or jungle, wherever it is. But most of the time I’m trying to grab an enemy it makes me grab nothing so update the game as soon as you can and fix this please.
