It's fun but needs more weapon choices

Don't get me wrong, the game is very fun, but it would be a lot more fun with 2 more weapons to choose from, like a morningstar or gauntlets. Also, I feel like black powder weapons would be a cool addition to the game, but it doesn't really matter because the ranged weapons we already have are amazing and never get old. This review is for people who play this game long term

E McNeill is my hero

E McNeill changed my life by making Ironstrike. I’ve played Ironstrike almost every day for 20 years. My wife left me and took the kids because I missed the birth of our child to keep my streak and get my daily 3 gems. It may sound sad to you, but I feel very happy, I didn’t want the kid anyway. I also don’t miss my wife because I’ve found my soulmate through Ironstrike, Nym. All jokes aside, Ironstrike is one of my favorite games. I play it on the weekends with my friends and we always have a blast. It’s annoying to see people leaving reviews about how the game is too hard for them. Get better, skill issue. I can tell that the developers work really hard and I enjoy every update. Some things could be improved and I would love more content, but I appreciate all the work the devs put in to making such a fun game.

Players ruined this game.

Overall, the game is overall amazing and is everything I ever hoped for in a Multiplayer combat game. Not to mention the Soundtrack being absolutely POWERFUL. It’s a simple idea of a game with fantastic execution, and it’s all made by one guy. The problem now is just the players though. I’ve been playing everyday this month and have only had 6 successful runs due to the players and host disconnecting. There is nothing more frustrating than the host lagging out on the final level. I don’t even know why you would even make it this way, it completely ruins what could’ve been the best VR game. I really hope this gets fixed eventually, because I think everyone is getting sick of it.
