Another gem.

One of my favourite VR experiences was Goliath, so looked forward to this. While I was a little confused by the interactive element at first (take note: this uses the full space in 360°). Once I looked behind me again, it all made sense and we were away. I won't give anything away about the content, but it's genuinely excellently done, immersive and at times (deliberately) disorientating. If you loved Goliath, you'll love this. If you don't know Goliath, go get it now. Both deliver media in a way that only XR could.

I feel seen for the first time

As someone who has dealt with ADHD their whole life, this is far and away the best depiction of the challenges of living with ADHD that I have seen in any medium. I haven't had such a visceral, emotional reaction to something in years. To the creators of this - thank you.

Beautiful

I'm deeply moved by this experience. The stories are so vivid, the scenes so alive and colorful and the music so beautiful...is really touching, mainly when I find parts of me in some of these stories.

Stereotypes ADHD with extreme outliers

Very disappointing. As someone with ADD and the father of a child with a extreme ADHD, I found this experience to be a fictional representation of a very real condition. They cherry picked extreme outliers for case examples of people with ADHD that amounts to sensationalism. Contrary to the premise of Impulse, most people with ADHD aren’t sociopaths constantly risking their lives, causing mayhem, and utterly unable to follow rules and norms of the world around them. They just need constant stimulation in order to suppress the need to seek it out at the expense of what they should be doing at any given moment. People with ADHD can live very normal lives and actually have advantages in certain skill sets due to extreme focus in areas of high interest. Medication helps, but discipline and maturity can help one overcome the disadvantages and harness the advantages of a fast brain for a normative slow brain world. Bottom line: ADHD brains are just wired differently. Maybe someday we’ll determine they’re just further evolved.

Boring

I find the experience incredibly boring. Besides, it doesn't look like the teaser. The graphics aren't great, the stories... I've just disconnected from them. There was some good idea with the mixed reality dolls, but I don't think it's been developed well either. I don't understand people who like it. Haven't they seen anything else in mixed reality? It makes me seriously think about not buying anything similar again without being able to see what the content is about, and look how much I like mixed reality, I buy everything there is... and I'm developing for VR. On top of that, I pay for it, when there are great free experiences. Nothing to do with Goliath, which I also have and is very good.
