Immersed sold or lost my data

I just started to receive unwanted spam mails from "Spatial Signal" to a mail that I exclusivley set up for immersed. Immersed also has no option to unsubscribe from their newsletters (they have the page, but you can't tick off the checkboxes). You also can't delete your account. If you want to use this service, make sure to use disposable data / mail addresses.

Great for ADHD

This app is super helpful for me with ADHD. I made a rule that whenever I am using Immersed, I can only be doing actual work on my computer. When I'm using it, I don't get distracted by the room around me (clutter or whatever). Also, a great benefit (at least for me) is that I don't need my glasses when I'm in the headset. I'm farsighted (nearsightedness was fixed with LASIK almost 20 years ago), and it seems that my eyes see what's in the headset as if I'm looking off in the distance, even though the lenses are right in front of my eyes. That means that my eyes are more relaxed while doing computer tasks than they would be if I were wearing my glasses looking at the actual screen. YMMV.

Immersed VR is hands down the best

Virtual desktop application available. It’s incredibly easy to use, stable, and delivers a crystal-clear display that makes working in VR feel natural and efficient. The interface is intuitive, setup is seamless, and the overall experience makes multitasking and productivity in virtual reality truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Immersed and Impressive!

Downloaded this for the first time yesterday, using Quest 3. Very straightforward to connect to my iMac, now have three massive virtual screens to work on! I was disappointed that Apple stopped making the 27” iMacs and have been working on a 24” for the last year as their pro screens are ridiculously expensive! Now I have the equivalent of three and as large as I want them to be. 😁Tried in VR and MR; both are amazing ways to use this app. I love how you can also network with other users around the world, and co-work. Working from home can be isolating sometimes! This app has opened up new and better ways of working for me. I am now excited to be able to finally work in VR/MR - I am an Augmented Reality Digital/Print Designer, I can stay immersed to use all my work programs without having to come in and out of the headset. From 3D modelling in Gravity Sketch, to all Adobe Creative Cloud apps. This is just brilliant, thanks devs you are absolutely amazing 💯 x 💯 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩

Like Virtual Desktop...

It's like Virtual Desktop, except far less useful and much more invasive. Remember, if you are not the paying customer then you are the product they are selling.
