I need your help because the meta quest says that I have no updates but the app says there is an update can you please help me with this issue

Casting to a smart tv

I have been able to cast games to my phone on the Quest app. I cannot figure out how to cast it to my TV. It doesn't pop up an option for it. My kids want to see what the other is doing thru our TV. Can this be made easier to to? I have read through and tried everything to figure this out. The games are fun

Meta Quest 3

I have always wanted a VR system and jus yesterday the day before my 50th I won the quest 3 VR at my employer Christmas Party and so far I am amazed and I love it

Please?

I have a disability that greatly limits my mobility. My quest 3 gives me the opportunity to go places and experience things I’ll never get to do again. From playing mini golf to wandering around the world or fishing in places of true beauty, it all brings me joy. All that said the best part is playing games and chatting live with my sister and grandchildren. Neither live near me. I truly hope that Meta will create more multiplayer games because there aren’t enough of them that allow all ages to play. This would bring this unit to a whole new level. PLEASE more multiplayer games that are family oriented.

Meta made an old lady very happy 🤠

My Meta Q3 arrived a few days ago. Once charged, it took mere minutes to work everything out. I always was a big fan of VR, I adorned planets in Active Worlds back in the day and still have my Oculus Rift from years ago...but this ~ {insert maniacal laughter} oh my! Just spectacularly well done. Buy yourself a perpetual gift, get a Meta Q3.
