How is there only one surgery??
The one surgery there is, is fun, but come on. It's been out for two YEARS now, and there's ONE level?! Are you joking?!

There is only one surgery available for now. It says "more coming soon." The back surgery that you can do is really cool and well made. Just wish there was more
