Frenzies is the best free shooter out there no questions when I wrote my last review I thought there was no release out of early access but there is and I also did not know they had many updates I’m sorry for the confusion if you read my last review now it really is the best shooter!

The best competitive VR shooter!

After paying this in early access it's definitely my favorite competitive VR shooter! The game modes are diverse and fun, and when you get a team working together everything really feels good! My only complaint is that the time between rounds feels excessively long, and changing weapons mid-game takes you too far out of the action.

I HATE DUAL SHOTGUNS

game is great but is infested with children who are absolutely terrible at the game using, you guessed it, dual double barrel shotguns. the shotguns one-shot in a game that is made for a long TTK. Do you know how bad that is? you take over a second to kill someone, but they can just click once and... you're just dead. they just one tap you without ANYTHING you can do about it. But then, it gets worse. How will little Timmy here get better at aiming if he's using a gun that you don't need to aim with? he's not getting better. How will he learn to dodge shots when he doesn't ever need to because he can just one-shot anyone fighting him? he will never learn. our little Timmy here is never going to get better at the game, or use anything else, because why would he? he can do just fine one-shotting people, ruining the fun for anyone else, so why would he use something harder, that he might not be able to get as many kills with, but is actually fun for him, AND his enemies? he will never do it. our little Timmy here lacks the skill to play the game in a fun way, so he ruins the fun for... only half of the lobby? because THE OTHER HALF IS ALSO USING DUAL SHOTGUNS. it's like a plague, making its way through the player base, because... well... the people think "well, if you can't beat them join them." and they never switch back, because they aren't good at the game, and want that same rush of dopamine when they get a kill that they don't get when they are using a more skill-based gun, because they are absolutely terrible at the game. I also want to talk about another issue. The objectives. say you're in a match, and you're trying to get the button in button bash. or the pigs in that one pig minigame, but you fail. when the game ends, someone who, instead of actually trying to win the game, just killed people the entire time will beat you in score. and this ends up with people who aren't doing objectives, but instead just killing people, making the game harder to win.

Abilities

I’ve been playing since it came out for beta and… I think they should add a ability section for guns. With a new currency you could buy upgrades like more headshot damage or more ammo in a magazine. To reward players that play the game, and to make it more fun for everyone (and your favourite gun)! And I think your game is great:)

Unhinged. Surprised it's free.

Add Botmatch or some single player practice mode please. Honestly surprised this is an early access game. It's amazing! To the people giving this one star for the voice chat: Just turn it off. It's not needed. This game is basically Squid game + Hyper Dash + Fall Guys. That's a recipe for success. However there is a lack of variety in the game modes. I understand it's in early access but swapping teams is not a new mode. The guns also need a bit of work. The 2 shotguns are almost the same gun. One has more ammo making it better. The semi auto pistol is a weaker SMG and the Revolver and Assault Rifle are the only truly unique weapons. This is what I would recommend adding: Smarter Bots: The bots just run around with one gun. Let the bots duel wield. They are also pretty stupid. I was shooting at a bot and they just stood there acting like I didn't exist. Server Browser: we need a way to select games better than quick matches. So I can join lobbies that are starting rather than games in progress. Botmatch or training: there needs to be a firing range or something to train. I would like a practice mode or something where I can pick the round and teams to practice on the levels I struggle with (like button bash) Please consider making these adjustments and keep working on this amazing game! Oh. And fix the bug where in the game you can't select anything in the universal menu. And sometimes I glitch out of my body. Also: how do I get extra faces?
