Played the second game, loved it.
I cannot even do anything to the menu, ie. Interact with the new game button, I want my money back

A bit frustrating, always entertaining
Being that I was so late to the party in purchasing my Oculus Go, I was already a few years behind the times in mainstream VR home media consumption. As a result, titles like Esper were already practically relics by the time I checked them out. Having said that, this game is far from outdated and obsolete. In fact, this is one that could definitely stand the test of time. The storyline, to the extent there is one, is underplayed and inconsequential. You are some kind of telekinetic savant that the government is interested in, and the game consists of the multiple chapters of puzzles they put you through. The ultimate litmus test for a game like this is how fun and challenging the puzzles are. On both counts, the answer is two thumbs up. What’s great about this game is the balance between being intuitive and challenging. The difficulty level falls on a wide spectrum, and I love games like that. I’d be lying if I said 3-4 puzzles did not require me to either ask friends or seek YouTube council. Either way, the game is a blast and satisfying to complete. The one-Star deduction is due to the (at times) frustrating controls. They’re not the worst you’ll see on the platform, but they are finicky and almost too responsive. You will have at times an agonizing task of dropping items right where you want them, and you will instead inadvertently pull them closer to you or fire them away, when neither is ideal. If there is a group I would not recommend this game to, it is the quickly-agitated or impatient. If, however, you feel you are up to Esper’s numerous and delightful gifts, then relax and enjoy. You will for sure be experiencing a VR original.

Love the puzzle games
I really enjoyed this game. It was harder (for me) than I thought it would be. I'd love to see Esper 3!
