Many people perceive the refugees coming to Europe as one nameless, faceless mob that threatens their social security and way of living. We want to help change that perception by letting our audience experience life from the perspective of four individuals who are just as relatable, complex and “real” as anyone else. They do have names. They do have faces. And they have all kinds of interesting stories to tell.
Virtual Reality has often been called an empathy machine - and rightly so. We strongly believe VR is the perfect medium for what we are trying to achieve. VR headsets literally wrap the story all around you and let you see the world through someone else’s eyes - until you get fully absorbed and you forget they are someone else’s. You become them. And this moment is the perfect opportunity for storytellers to create maximum impact.

I know this is a controversial topic, but with this app you can experience what it's like to be a refugee.. Also, there's an artistic approach to it

Slow download. Political propaganda.
Very bad, download is extremely slow. Plus this is political propaganda that ignores the terrorist threat and the inhumanity and misogyny of Islam which is infiltrating Europe and threatening the freedom and personal safety of women. I've no problem with genuine refugees once they can integrate with a western way of life. Unfortunately most of them don't and we end up with ghettos.

As the great granddaughter of Syrians who were in the exact same situation but in the 1900s in South America, I thank you for sharing these stories. One can’t even begin to imagine the hardships of having to leave everything you know behind and embark into the unknown. This is why stories like these are very, VERY important to be shared.

Disappointed
It won't start up the story. first the downloads take forever and then when downloading ends ,nothing but a blank screen. I am using a Samsung s8 via wifi
