I am regularly blown away by how much this app satisfies my "need to have ski'd", but the game mechanics get in my way. Please don't misunderstand, I've got nothing against the gameplay at all. I just want to ski, though. Top to bottom, without having to worry about sticking to the line. I don't need an 'open world', or 'gentle redirection from the edge'. Gimme a slope, and dump me on my butt if I try to go too far out of bounds, but please can I just ski?

seriously, this is better than most games on the official store. they nailed the movement, it’s so fun to just go around, hit the rhythm gates, and enjoy the environments. and jeez, those environments... it’s such a joy to go on a steep mountain trail with lakes on the side, a nice night-time ski, a race through the snowy forest, etc. I LOVE the fact that there’s an endless trail now, it’s great to just infinitely go down a mountain with no end in sight. plus, if your big into movement then go to the obstacle courses to practice. really fun and challenging areas. i haven’t even mentioned the music yet, it is so amazing. each track has an immense amount of love in it, and they fit so well with a nice ski. overall, this is such an amazing game. if you have 10$, BUY IT.

Ok the game is still in development but from what I see and experience, I can only say this game is super fun. It's challenging because you need to get the hang of it, but once you get to learn the controls it starts to become really fun skiing downhill. It's a rhythmic game so it adds extra value to the game. Graphics are still rough around the edges but for 10 euro I'm not gonna complain. There's lots of slopes to unlock and discover to keep you busy. At the same time I also bought and tried out the other snowboard game that launched in the oculus store, but it definitely wasn't as fun as this game. I'm very curious to see what this game will bring to the table after further development. Good job!

After watching the game trailer I'll admit I was a little skeptical. The movements looked too good to be true, but I love the snow so I was eager to try it anyway. Wow! After the first few runs, I was hooked! The movement is sublime, and when coupled with music it's almost trance-like. I actually feel my knees rising and falling as I glide over mounds and can feel my body weight shift as I lean into a corner. The audio and music are great, with the sound perfectly matching what your skis are doing. The graphics are good too. There are one or two cartoon-style moments here and there but they're few and far between. There's heaps of trails, most of which are easy to unlock which means you can honestly spend time doing what you love most - skiing down the side of a mountain! If you want, there's slalom gates, trees, and rocks to dodge and there's even a Super-G course. Once unlocked, you can also activate the infinite mode allowing you to ski a trail indefinitely (read: the trail doesn't end after 2 minutes when you reach the finish line, it just keeps going!). No idea why this one's still stuck in App Lab, it should totally be on the main store. This game gets fired up every time I turn on my headset, even if it's just one quick trail before climbing into bed after a long day.

This game is amazing. It recreates the feeling of skiing perfectly and is definitely the best alternative to actually skiing especially this year when most resorts are shut. There are lots of different levels with different landscapes such as forests, glaciers and rocks. There are also different types of slope including on infinite slope and two obstacle courses and each slope has its own difficulty. The rhythm elements are implemented perfectly and makes every run different but there is also a free ski option if you don’t want to follow the rhythm and take your own route down the mountain. Lastly this game will still get updates meaning it can only get better. If you like skiing I cannot recommend this game enough and if you aren’t familiar with skiing it is still a great rhythm/sport game.
