First, you have to practice with a ball machine or train your serves to get ready and get comfortable with the interactions.
After that there will be several seasons where you have to prove yourself against other opponents.
In upcoming updates there will be a clever KI to oppose with, different courts, opponents, cosmetics such as design your own tennis racket, statistics such as "fastest shot", "best rally" and more.

Nice little school project, that's about it. The two 'five star' ratings are obviously from the developer/friends You can't even grip the racquet properly. Check out First Person Tennis or even Matchpoint tennis if you want tennis in VR.

If you’re looking for a tennis game to play in VR, this is not it. There are so many better options through app lab that make the physics a million times better and the overall experience more enjoyable As the other comment suggests, this is nothing but a holiday project made by some friends in a few days.
