The sequel to the popular Cueist pool/snooker game, Cueist 2 brings unparalelled realism to online VR cue sports. This is not a casual point and click type game, but a deeper simulation which will reward real skill.

Play online against your friends with voice chat and Meta Avatars or get some practice in versus the CPU players.
Use a natural cueing action using the Touch Controllers, or attach a real cue for the ultimate in feel and accuracy.
A choice of specialist cues enables various spin, swerve, masse, and jump shots.
Choose between 9 Ball, 8 Ball, UK 8 Ball, and Snooker.

The latest update adds:

Click the left thumbstick to switch between smooth movement and stepped movement (for those who might find smooth movement unsettling)
Click the right thumbstick to switch between smooth rotation and snap turns.
A new laser aim pointer to aid lining up shots
When the shot is lined up, you can nowhold the Y button on the left controller to enable Autoplay

Best billiards game so far!

I have tried several pool games and found them very disappointing until Cueist 2. Being the newest I think it has done better than all the others. Once you have a multi player added it should be great. Suggestions: Make the table a solid. Being able to walk into it takes away from the reality aspect. I've played air hockey games that had a solid table. When playing solo, get rid of the two player game play. Most don't want to play both player parts. Make it like a practice mode. Players need more options, like turning on/off the voice over. Would be great to have music playing while having a game. Maybe add spotify or other methods to select tunes. It would add atmosphere if the video games had sound. The left hand when holding the tip of the cue doesn't look correct. The cue should be between the two fingers.

Descent Pool Experience

For the price, this pool shooter offers a good variety of game play and options. The Cueist 2 table option is too fast and needs to be slowed down some. The Snooker table is not a full scale Snooker table. It would be nice if they included tutorials on how to play the various games. Multiplayer mode needs to be worked on for better connection with other players.

The physics needs improvement

Could be great but the physics just feels wrong. See Black Hole Pool is see how it should be done. Update: Great to see the 8 physics options in the latest update. Excellent. 👍🏻

Has Snooker and I love it!🤩

To this date. I think this is the only vr game which have snooker on it. I've been searching for ages. I bought it for playing snooker and it's good. Better if the table is full size. Or already give the option for the full size or smaller one. I hope there's a way to remove the ghost ball too. I just need the aim guideline. Playing against the Snooker AI too is not that good though. I hope the snooker AI Herts improved upon too. I play Vs myself and it's pretty fun though. There is multiplayer but have yet to see someone playing online to play with. I hope it continues to gets updated also.😉

Game is fun, but buggy

The game is fun, the pool table and balls look decent. The location could look and feel a nicer, maybe have a bar setting with some ambient noise (mumbling, glasses clinking, etc.). I am uncertain where the game sources it's radio stations, but I was only able to get foreign radio stations in languages I could not understand. Pointing the radio player to a YouTube video or playlist via a browser of some sorts would be a nice addition. Unfortunately, the game is very buggy. Multiple times the game would announce that it is my (player 1) turn to break, but the AI (player 2) would go ahead and break, making the game announce a foul and hand the turn over to player 2, essentially having the AI play a foul in my name. The AI often aims directly for one of their balls, it doesn't care if there is a foreign or the 8 ball obstructing the path. If it doesn't hit a foul, it basically just continues to pocket their balls.
