What a steal! Felt calming & meaningful

With so much AI slop out there nowadays it's easy to discard yet another app that promises to help with your wellbeing. After trying this one, though, I gotta say my faith may be restored. This won't replace my therapist, but you can tell the studio that made this put a lot of effort into making something legit. It's mellow, the conversations feel meaningful, I LOVE the choice of characters and environments, and the optional breathing exercise is a nice touch. If this is early access, I'm really excited for the full release!

Interesting app for an at-home check-in!

CAS is a nice little at-home journaling tool. I like that the questions that are asked are curated by actual professionals to help me reflect on my general health journey, basically a guided reflection in a way. Hope to see some more interesting features added to the app.

Great Journaling and self help tool

I’ve been using cas to keep track of my physical and mental health, and it’s honestly become one of my go-to apps on Quest. The journaling feature makes it easy to log how I’m feeling and notice patterns over time, which is something I’ve struggled to keep up with in other apps. Having my history right there in VR makes it more engaging and keeps me motivated. The breathing technique module is my favorite β€” it’s simple but really effective. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, just a few minutes in the guided exercise helps me reset and take the edge off. It feels much more immersive than following along with a video or an app on my phone. What surprised me most is how personalized the conversations feel. The AI doesn’t just spit out generic advice β€” it actually seems to respond in a way that connects to what I’ve been logging and how I’m progressing. The more time I spend with it, the more natural and helpful it feels.
