good game but needs worked. Detail below

I love this game but the issue I have is where I was collecting plates to put on the table after the passengers were done, the plate is not recognized and the timer to collect the plates still running.. I was doing good on the way I did and still get negative score. I feel the plate collection is throwing the whole thing off. This happens every time. Also, Please add captioning. I had to play this game with live captioning and sometimes its incorrect.
