Great boxing training, with a caveat

I'm an avid rhythm gamer, and a fan of both Beat Saber and of the Les Mills Bodycombat app for fun and for workouts, so I know what I'm talking about when I recommend Beat the Beats. The game looks great, the moves are intuitive and detect well, and it's nice to see your power score for each punch live as you throw em! My one sticking point is that, unlike the Les Mills app, this game has you in a left or right combat stance the whole time, never having you switch sides, which can lead to overtraining. I would also love to see more squat moves incorporated, because as it stands right now, this is primarily a workout for your arms, back, and core, not your full body as beat saber and the Les Mills app can be. For now, if you're using this as a part of your workout program, I suggest playing in front stance until a change is made so that each song works each side of your body equally.

Finally

I think this game is the boxing game to co-exist alongside beatsaber 's... Sword slashing? A staple for every quest library. I've been waiting for it since I first played the demo on repeat many times. Buy this game asap (Or try the demo if you don't believe me). I'd love to be able to punch without the score popping up (weird that there's currently no way to turn this off but in the video it's not there) and different difficulties for each song would add a lot to the replayability. In its current state there's still a ton to do and devs seem active. EDIT: Every album has a b-side which is just the same songs on a harder difficulty so there are actually different difficulties! 🥊

HAND TRACKING

Hello, developers. I've been really looking forward to this game's release. I really wanted hand tracking in this game. Is it really impossible to implement? I'm so upset

The Gold Standard of Fitness Rhythm Game

I'm so thrilled to see a game finally launch that perfectly blends a sense of rhythm with fitness elements! If you're curious about the actual gameplay, check it out here: https://youtube.com/shorts/378AMBYqQZQ?feature=share With 30 base tracks included, the volume of content is quite substantial. Usually, focusing on the workout means sacrificing the rhythm, and focusing on the rhythm reduces the exercise intensity, but this game has struck that balance beautifully. The sophisticated UI and simple yet flashy visual effects are incredibly impressive! It also supports various languages for user convenience, and the "impact feel" is excellent. Since it’s still an early build, there are some minor bugs and it lacks features like a Custom Mode or MR Mode, but I really hope to see those added in future updates.

The game is good, but needs to be ironed

I would 100% recommend this title however don’t expect it to be flawless like Les Mills body combat It’s not uncommon for me to glitch through at least one object per match max 2 per match the dodging mechanic is pretty good, but there are ways to make it more fun. I would say. also I have to slow my arm down because it’s glitching through objects But the game has excellent potential and I will keep playing I’m looking forward to improve improvements update for comment below, all my detection issues happened with a left jab, I’m not getting this issue in any other game like haymaker or Les Mill so I don’t think it’s my controller, and I literally see my hand going through the box
